Do you cap over the old boards?
Not as standard. Capping (fixing new uPVC over the old timber) can trap rot. Our deal price is for full replacement – the old boards come off.
How do you keep your prices down?
Low overheads: no showroom, no commission-based sales team and a tight local area. That's where the saving comes from, not from cutting corners on materials or fitting.
How long does it take?
A typical 3-bed semi usually takes a couple of days, depending on the weather and what we find when the old boards come off. We'll give you an expected timescale with your quote.
Do I need to be at home?
Not usually – all the work is outside. We just need access around the property and somewhere to park.
What colours can I choose?
White is included. Black, anthracite grey, rosewood and golden oak woodgrain are available and priced on survey.
Do you do roofing as well?
Yes – roof repairs, ridge re-pointing and re-bedding, flat roofs and full re-roofs, all at budget prices.
