From £2,999 deal – terms
- The from £2,999 price applies to a standard two-storey 3-bed semi-detached house: front and rear elevations, up to 2 downpipes, white uPVC, scaffold included. It covers everything in the "What's in the deal" checklist above.
- Priced on survey, and only done with your agreement: gable ends, extra elevations, coloured or woodgrain finishes, bay roofs, porches, extra downpipes, major timber or roof repairs (beyond the small rafter-end allowance), larger houses, three-storey properties, asbestos removal, concrete or cast-iron gutters, and conservatories or obstructed access that needs extra scaffolding.
- Subject to a free survey. Prices valid for quotes issued in 2026 and may change without notice.
- All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate.
"We won't be beaten on price" – price-beat terms
- Show us a genuine, like-for-like written quote from an insured York-area company for full replacement including scaffold, and we'll beat it by £100, subject to survey. All of the following must apply.
- The quote is genuine, written and itemised, on the competitor's letterhead or official email, and dated within the last 30 days.
- It is from an insured company trading from a York-area address (YO postcodes and the towns listed on our site), and it can be verified with the issuing company.
- It is like-for-like: the same property, same scope of work (full replacement, not capping over), same quantities, comparable product brand and grade, same colour/finish, and includes scaffold to the same elevations, full strip-out and waste removal.
- The scope is confirmed by our free survey. If our survey finds additional work is needed, that work is priced separately.
- Excludes estimates (non-written or non-itemised), online calculators, cost guides, auction or "sale ends today" prices, quotes from uninsured traders, and work we can't safely or lawfully carry out at that price.
- One price-beat per property. Applies to fascia, soffit and guttering replacement and roofing work. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
