Fascia, soffit & guttering replacement
3-bed semi from £2,999 + VAT, scaffold included
Your fascias carry the gutters and seal the roof edge; soffits close off the underside of the eaves and let the loft breathe. When timber rots or old uPVC sags, water ends up behind the gutter and down your walls. We strip the lot out and fit a complete new uPVC roofline in one visit.
- Scaffold erected and removed (front and rear), then full strip-out of old fascias, soffits and gutters
- New 18mm full-replacement uPVC fascias and white uPVC soffits, with over-fascia ventilation and eaves felt support trays
- New 112mm half-round gutters and up to 2 new 68mm downpipes, with all brackets and fittings
- White included; black, anthracite, rosewood and golden oak priced on survey
- All waste removed
Deal price is for a standard two-storey 3-bed semi-detached house: front and rear elevations, up to 2 downpipes, white uPVC, scaffold included. Deal terms.
Guttering replacement
from £649
Fascias still sound but gutters cracked, sagging or faded? We replace gutters and downpipes on their own in half-round, square, deep-flow or ogee uPVC profiles, in a range of colours.
Gutter cleaning
from £89
Leaves, moss and silt cleared out, downpipes flushed and flow-tested. We'll let you know if we spot any loose joints or brackets while we're there.
Gutter repairs
from £85
Dripping joints, broken brackets, sagging runs and disconnected downpipes – most small repairs are a quick visit.
Roof repairs
from £169
Slipped or cracked tiles and slates, leaks, flashing and valley problems. We find the actual cause of the leak, show you, and price the fix.
Ridge re-pointing & re-bedding
from £549
Crumbling mortar on the ridge lets water in and tiles loose. We re-bed and re-point, or convert to a mechanically fixed dry-ridge system.
Flat roofs
single garage from £949
Garages, extensions, dormers and porches in EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass or felt. Larger roofs priced per m² after survey.
Full re-roofs
3-bed semi from £7,995 concrete tile
When patching stops making sense: strip, new breathable membrane, battens, tiles, ridge and verge. Clay pantile and slate priced on request.
